Recently, the central committee of the communist party of China and the State Council issued the national standardization development outline, introduce a pacesetter "the implementation of enterprise standard system" to "optimize the structure of standardized management, enhance standardized management efficiency, promote standard internationalization level, speed up the construction of standard system to promote the development of high quality, high power technology innovation, promote high levels of opening, leading high quality development."
